Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using The Healthy Pot mobile application or website ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Exploode Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Healthy Pot is a recipe matching and nutrition tracking application. You enter ingredients you have, and the app suggests healthy recipes with nutritional information and gamified power-up scores.

Important: The Healthy Pot provides general nutritional information for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Automated account creation is prohibited.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the respective app store's refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service
• Share your account with others or resell access
• Circumvent subscription restrictions or free search limits

7. Intellectual Property

All recipes, content, designs, logos, and the power-up system are owned by Exploode Ltd. or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Nutritional Information Disclaimer

Nutritional values (calories, protein, carbs, fat) and power-up scores are calculated estimates based on standard ingredient data. Actual nutritional content may vary depending on specific brands, preparation methods, and portion sizes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee it.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exploode Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to health outcomes based on recipes or nutritional information provided.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Croatia, without prejudice to your rights under local consumer protection laws.
